THE ANNUAL OUTING ON FRIDAY 26th JUNE 2020 IS CANCELLED
ABBOTSBURY SUBTROPICAL GARDENS AND SWANNERY
The gardens are a mixture of unusual formal and informal flowers and plants; many thriving in this subtropical environment. The gardens are well signposted with plenty of benches and shaded areas. Voted the Historic Houses Association/Christie’s Garden of the Year 2012.
The Swannery is the only place in the world where you are able to walk through the heart of a colony of nesting Mute Swans. You will find eating/drinking places at both venues.

NOTE: The coach will depart the gardens at 2.30 p.m. – arrive Swannery c.2.45 p.m.
Our final departure will be from the Swannery at 4.30 p.m. arriving Fordingbridge c.6.00 p.m.
Return completed form, with total cost, to Sue Hockin (01425 656465) by June 16th at the very latest please. If you want us to return any monies paid to the Society forthe this Outing please let Sue Hockin know. Otherwise payment will be retained by the Society for an Outing in 2021.
